I was born in Juarez and I grew up across the border in El Paso. I have always known Juarez to be a city that caters to whatever lustful pleasure and vice its northern neighbor is willing to buy. For many years Americans could cross the border and buy children for sexual acts, controlled substances, bestiality shows, and other sorts of debauchery. There was very little risk of getting caught because even the policeman could be bought. This continuous moral degradation has but one conclusion – human life in Juarez is cheap and for sale.
