complete bull. the fake reason given for the open umbrella shouldn’t fool a third grader. the guy was a point man for immediate and unmistakable reference for the shooters.

See, of course that one guy got that one job in that one perfect location just 4 WEEKs before that one parade that wasn’t announced until 4 DAYs before it took place.
