Was this written by a publicist for the Koch Brothers?   When one family can literally influence all
U S political debate by using their unlimited wealth to push their personal and business agendas, we are in very serious trouble.   And for the politicians who have been bought and paid for by these people, I consider them traitors to their country!

My second criticism is that the Koch's did not form libertarian policies themselves; they base their philosophy on literature and economic systems that have been formed throughout history. My third critique is that there is nothing wrong with proposing ideas and advocating beliefs; within this people have the opportunity to agree or disagree with ideas. There is nothing wrong with think tanks (i.e. AFP) beginning a grassroots cause, in order to be a grassroots movement you need the support of people. Five, what is wrong with the tea party? Six, I myself hold conservative, libertarian values, and my bank account is routinely at zero; the argument that libertarians and conservatives are mostly rich is entirely false. The movement is not "rich against poor" it is philosophy versus philosophy. I also resent the connotations that are associated with the words "progressive" versus "free market;" though I own the term free market wholey, "progressives" constantly attempt to dismantle our legitimacy by accusing libertarians and free market supporters by attacking emotions: saying that we are heartless, against equality, etc. The term "progressive" makes one believe these ideas are futuristic and positive, when in reality they focus end-point equality which often dismantles incentive system and essentially pulls a Robin-hood by stealing from the rich and giving to the poor. In terms of ALEC, every accusation against the organization is either completely false or misrepresented. Model representation is model representation and means nothing without the approval of state legislatures who approve of such legislation and have been given the power to do so from the citizens. I would also argue that any organization that promotes the voice of its citizens, whether individuals or companies, is entirely legitimate and fair given our rights as Americans to free speech. As for the climate debate, this is never ending among and between all parties and the fact that this documentary attempts to point the finger at free market organizations simply highlights the ridiculousness of these arguments. And for the record, one need only look at the details of a few EPA regulations to find the inefficiency and circular tendencies of its products.  For the financial crisis lets please at least look into the incentive systems created by the federal government such as the 1997 act that forced banks to provide loans to individuals not deserving of them (one example of many). This is one side argument driven by emotion and desire to destroy the right or middle with little to no factual basis, and misconstrued "facts."
