He explains that their attitude is: "if you mess with gun owners, we're going to mess with you." Norwegian police say at least 85 people have been killed in a shooting spree at a youth camp on the island of Utoya, near the capital Oslo. The attack came shortly after a powerful blast shook the government centre in downtown Oslo, claiming at least seven lives. Anders Behring Breivik, a 32-year-old Norweigan man, has been arrested in Norway, in connection with the dual attack. Update: Police has released the first names of victims. See them at the bottom.
